Our Commitment to Quality and Warranty Information

At ShawnCo, we strive to create the highest quality products for our customers. Each product is meticulously crafted and rigorously tested for strength and durability. We understand that during shipping and handling, mistakes can happen. That's why we offer a limited 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. (See full list of covered warranty issues below.) If a buckle, seam, hook, or handle fails during normal use, simply send us a photo and we will replace it!

Please keep in mind that our products are wearable, and no wearable product on the market, such as harnesses, leashes, or collars, are designed to be chew toys for your pup!

However, if your dog does chew the webbing, buckle, or straps on one of our products, we offer a LOYALTY WARRANTY for that. (See below for more info.)

COVERED BY WARRANTY

- Broken buckles or clips

- Broken leash attachments (D-rings or handles)

- Damage caused during shipping and handling

NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

- Normal signs of wear, such as:

- Fading of color

- Fraying or loose strings on edges

- Creases in straps or body of harness

- Scratches and minor tears

- Damage caused by the dog being unsupervised during use, such as chewing

- Using a tie-out

- Products bought from third-party sellers or any source other than ShawnCo on Amazon.com are not eligible for warranty. ShawnCo only sells on Amazon.
